Carefully Selected Products

The procurement of food ingredients should be evaluated in light of the product’s identity, intended use, and supply documentation. It is recommended to verify product labels, specifications, batch test data, and applicable requirements for each specific variety. During acceptance inspection, attention should be paid to the product name and specifications, packaging integrity, batch number, production date, shelf life, transportation and storage conditions, as well as appearance and relevant quality indicators. Sensory inspection cannot replace necessary physicochemical or microbiological testing. Specific test items, sampling methods, and acceptance requirements should be determined based on product characteristics, applicable standards, and mutual agreement between the parties. Where food additives are involved, the target food should also be verified.

Quality Traceability

Product quality traceability requires cross-referencing specific product and batch information. During procurement and use, it is recommended to retain product labels, specifications, batch information, and supply and acceptance records. If you have any quality concerns, please provide the product name, specifications, lot number, receipt date, conditions of use, and relevant photographs to facilitate verification of the corresponding documentation. For requirements involving certification or testing, verify the issuing entity, scope of application, and validity status of the certificates or reports; documentation for different products or batches should not be intermixed.

Third-Party Testing

Third-party testing documentation must correspond to the specific product, batch, and test items. Prior to procurement, you may contact a sales representative to confirm whether applicable test reports and related quality documents are available. When verifying reports, pay close attention to the commissioning entity, sample name, specifications and batch, testing laboratory, report number, test date, methods used, and test conclusions. The results in the report apply only to the specific samples and test items stated therein. Any references to the names of third-party organizations or certification information must be based on actual, valid documents. If the corresponding reports or certificates have not been obtained, the organization’s name alone shall not be used as evidence of product quality.
